SELECT TRAINING PROGRAM

(Firecrackers Athletes Only)

These sessions are intentionally designed in collaboration with our Firecrackers coaching staff.

We have worked closely with all of our coaches to identify the key areas our athletes need to emphasize — so team practices can stay focused on team systems, strategy, and competition.

Select Training will handle the details.

⚾ Throwing fundamentals

⚾ Defensive footwork & fielding technique

⚾ Hitting mechanics & adjustments

⚾ Softball IQ & situational awareness

⚾ High-rep, intentional skill work

This allows our athletes to sharpen their fundamentals and raise their IQ outside of team practice — so when they step on the field, they are prepared and confident.
